Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
